Ally Shaw
Ally Shaw, a remarkable survivor, has reinvented herself multiple times after overcoming devastating losses. She is a proud cancer survivor who turned her passion for music into a successful career as an opera singer. Ally’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become an author and motivational speaker. Additionally, she and her husband, Kevin, are minority owners in a remarkable 50-store Domino’s franchise across three states. Their dedication has earned them eight consecutive Gold Franny awards, recognizing them as the top 2% of Domino’s franchisees worldwide.
Beyond her business achievements, Ally and Kevin are deeply passionate about giving back to children and families in need. They have financially supported St. Jude Children’s Hospital for decades, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact. Ally’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Elon University and a master’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans. She has also completed the prestigious Leadership NRV program, a year-long leadership development program facilitated in the New River Valley of Virginia.
In 2016, Ally embarked on a new career as a motivational speaker, captivating audiences ranging from 10 to 10,000 with her inspiring talks on leadership and professional development. Her largest audience to date was an International Domino’s conference in Las Vegas. Ally’s purpose is rooted in helping business leaders navigate the challenges of trauma recovery, mental health, and emotional intelligence.
Her “fierce tiger lady” brand embodies vulnerability, authenticity, and the art of reinvention. Ally is a proud wife and mother of seven children and one grandson. She divides her time between Blacksburg, Virginia, and Sunset Beach, North Carolina.
